Returns

We are confident you will love your Gecko Planters^® but in the case that something changes, we are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days from the date you recieved your planters. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@geckostudio.nz and let us know why you want to return your order.

Unless the order is defective, shipping costs for a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is incorrect or defective, we will cover the shipping costs for return or replacement.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or items that are damaged through negligence or misuse.
